Former DJ, producer and label owner from Bavaria, Germany. With Reinhard Wimmer he co-founded Spinning Wheel Records and Transmitter Schallplattenproduktion. With Wimmer he also ran the Club Bogaloo and a record shop in Pfarrkirchen near Passau, Germany. After his split from Spinning Wheel, Hacker founded his own record label Perfect.Toy Records.
