Italian musician and producer Marco Bongiovanni started his career in the 1980s as a founding member of Gaznevada, performing as Chainsaw Sally and Marco Nevada. In the 1990s, he contributed to the rise of Italo House, collaborating with DJ Herbie and DJ H. Feat. Stefy, with tracks charting on the UK Top 40 and Billboard. In the 2000s, he launched the electronic project Kaliya. Since 2007, he has worked under the alias Markino, producing and collaborating across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.
