American sound engineer, mixer and producer. Throughout the 1970s he was based both in Los Angeles (California), working at Producers Workshop and The Mastering Lab, and in Florida, working for Pinellas Music. He runs the label [l1579192] and co-operated the production and publishing company Arpell Music (together with Bob Schell and Ben Rogers).

His lacquer cuts at TML can be recognized by the initials Rh etched in the runouts.
