Swedish rock bassist, born June 1, 1954 in Norrköping.

She has previously been a member of the groups Piska mig hårt, Eldkvarn, Tant Strul, and Aunt Fuzz (together with Kajsa Grytt and Nike Markelius from Tant Strul). Since 2008, Falkeholm has been playing bass and singing in the band Svart Smultron, together with Birgitta Linder (guitar and vocals) and Johan Nordlind (drums), both from Le Muhr. She has also been playing in the band Dom orena since 2011.
