Norwegian, born in 1975. Runs the labels Smalltown Supersound, Smalltown Superjazzz and Smalltown Supernoise, plus the book publishing company Smalltown Superbooks. Haugland's day job is promotion manager for Voices Music & Entertainment AS in Oslo. He is also active as a producer, DJ and concert promoter.
