Long time bassist (and originally the drummer) for the long-running California-based punk rock band, The Vandals. Also the co-owner of [l36121]. Although he is not actually a founding member of the band, he is the only member of The Vandals to appear on every release. He is also a licensed attorney and hosts a radio show called Barely Legal Radio, where he dispenses free legal advice for artists and entertainers. Joe is also an amateur bull fighter.
