Belgian artist (singer, actor, author) from Bruges. Born 1962-05-08. Most famous as the frontman and only constant member of Red Zebra.
His family name is sometimes spelled Slabbinck. Fun fact: at one point in 1999 he was the spokesperson for the Flemish minister for Culture & Youth Policy.
