Born October 30, 1943 in Zduńska Wola, died December 18, 2024 in Stockholm. Polish trombonist and jazz pianist. Once put on a par with Albert Mangelsdorff, Eje Thelin and Paul Rutherford by European critics, who noted that he was a more versatile trombonist than they, as he played classical, modern jazz, dixieland and pop with equal ease.
