Norbert Galo is a French guitarist with Spanish origins. He started playing in rock bands in the early 1970s (Anthrax, Roue Libre, Masal), and became a professional musician in 1978, playing in his own bands as well as recording for populars artists, in soundtracks and advertisments.
He learned orchestration with Julien Falk and for a while he concentrated his efforts on arrangements and album productions, notably with Gabriel Yared and Jannick Top.

Norbert left France in 1990 on board his sailing boat for a transatlantic adventure. Back in Paris in 1997 he started again on the French and international scene. He joined the group Deep Forest for their international tours and he worked with a lot of artist like : Ana Torroja (Spain), Josh Groban (USA), Charles Aznavour (France) and Chitose Hajime (Japan).
Today, Norbert Galo pursues a solo career and performs on stage with his quartet Norbert Galo ands Friends
