Born in Belgium (19/11/1979), Björn was the lead singer in the hugely successful group Boysband (1997-2001) (with 7 top ten hit songs and winner of the Radio 2 - Summer Hit Award for Best Dutch Song) before performing as Sky in Mamma Mia!, Link in Hairspray, Khashoggi in We Will Rock You, Tony in Saturday Night Fever and the company of Smokey Joe’s Café. Björn has competed three times in the Belgian National selections for the Eurovision Song Contest.
