German Schlager singer, born June 13, 1926 as Rosemarie Hofmann, in 1964 marriage with Dr. Erich Rohr, manager of Die Rosy Singers.
She started her career in 1949, in 1961 she is co-founding member of Günter Kallmann Chor. In 1964 she splits off and founds her own vocal ensemble, Die Rosy Singers. In that time she switches between calling herself Rosi and Rosy. She was active until the end of the 1980's.
