US gospel and R&B group led by guitarist, singer Roebuck Staples and including his daughters Cleotha Staples, Mavis Staples, Yvonne Staples and son Pervis Staples.
Better known as The Staple Singers, but while signed to Warner Bros. in 1976 to 1978 they went by the name The Staples.
