Born in Belgrade, Serbia, on 4. November 1959. He started doing music when he was teenager, and, at the beginning of 80s, he gained first success as frontman of the band Bulevar. They split after two albums, and in 1984. Dejan joined Bajaga and others to form Bajaga i Instruktori, which was big success. At the highest popularity of the band, Dejan decided to continue his own story, and left the band to form another one, called Spori ritam bend. They released few popular albums.
He also released solo album, for 'BK Sound'.
Dejan Cukić is also music critic, and he writes for some magazines.
