One of the three founding members of Kitee-based black metal band Virgin's Cunt / Darkwoods My Betrothed. Played bass and wrote the lyrics for the band, even after his departure from the band in summer 1996.

Teemu started a solo project in 1994 to realise musical ideas not suited for DMB, called Nattvindens Gråt. He recorded a promo track En avlägsen stjärnä which got him a deal with Solistitium Records.

In August 1995 Teemu started another solo project, this time to play old school black/heavy metal. Initially named Wizard the project evolved into a band and changed name to Wizzard.

Third band was an epic metal project Furthest Shore where also the DMB vocalist Pasi was involved.
