He sold his studios in 1992, and started the CD manufacturing company [l283369] in 1993, along with BEL Eiendom AS as owners of the locations housing the company.
[l283369] was sold to [l330473] in 1999. The same year he started Interactive Multimedia AS, a company that merged with BEL Eiendom AS in 2005. From 2010 his company has only been dealing in real estate.
