Cape Verdean singer.
In 1963 he joined his father in the US with whom he had already played.
In 1969 he accompanied Bana on tour in America.
He founded the Matchona musical group in 1972 and in 1979 formed the Do Canto Brothers with his brothers.
He continued with the Conjunto Contratempo groups and later the Jam Band and many other participations with different artists.
