Paris-based photography agency / archive, founded in 1877. The agency was specialised in reproduction of paintings, often used as illustration of classical music releases.
The agency and its collection was bought out by French publisher [l520935] in 1953; Lauros-Giraudon is possibly the successor of Giraudon after the buyout or merge with another photography collection.
