Bonnie grew up in Chico, California, but relocated to Houston, Texas as an adult where she met her husband Jim Wilson. They first played together in Cruor, and then Esoterica Landscapes 7. During the latter period, they started recording music as a duo, which eventually became their main project and was named Voice Of Eye. During this period Bonnie also contributed to the side project Asianova. In the late 1990's, Bonnie and Jim left Texas and bought land in rural New Mexico to build an earthship - a house made of recycled materials which has no reliance on public utitilies. Living in their van for many years, the beautiful house was nearly complete in October of 2002, at which time they had enough batteries to keep the power on all night. During this time, Bonnie had little time for music and became involved in massage therapy, which she practices in Taos, New Mexico.
