Born & raised in St John’s, Newfoundland, Tom Walsh lived & worked in Toronto for more than ten years before rebooting in Montréal.
Since the early nineties, working between the Jazz Avant Garde, Contemporary Classical, Alternative New music traditions or for event commissions, Tom has developed a unique name for himself as the (co-)leader for some contemporary Canadian groups or as event composer.
