The Rutland indie-pop band formed in May 1987 and originally played their jangly, melodic pop around the Leicester and Worcester ’pop’ circuit.
Po! ran Rutland Records, and had links with Ruth’s Refrigerator and The Deep Freeze Mice, amongst others. They disbanded in 1998.
In 2016, Ruth rounded up Paul and Gary to play some gigs, including Indietracks festival.
