Derya Yıldırım is a Turkish descent German musician based in Berlin. With her band Şimşek, in which she sings and plays the bağlama, the artist fuses Anatolian folklore with Western psychedelia and has been releasing on the labels Catapulte Records and Bongo Joe since 2016.
