Magruder worked on recordings with Leonard Bernstein, Robert Shaw, Igor Stravinsky, Zubin Mehta, Pablo Casals, Frank Sinatra, Judy Garland and many others. In addition, he was contracted for movie soundtracks and numerous TV commercials including Miller Beer and Maxwell House.
