He started as bedroom DJ developed into professional. His first step of career was playing in Vortex Open Air, Cape Town, South-Africa then later at Do Me, The White Room & Pharside.
In 1994 he settled in London, UK.
In January 2000, he became the label manager of [l68182] and [l7727]. He also set up his own label [l13162].
Production partner of Future Breeze until 2005.
Now residing in New York, USA.
John ran a bi-monthly radio show called New York Stories and 2 digital labels called Media-Blackout & 238*West.
