Lynn Tolliver, Jr. was a radio veteran, DJing on radio for 39 years, a former Marconi Award Nominee, Billboard Magazine Award Winning Program Director and Air Personality, winning awards from Jack the Rapper, Inc. and Impact Magazine, and was only recently inducted into the Broadcasters Hall of Fame.

He wrote and composed primarily for Sexual Harrassment using the pseudonym David Payton to keep separate his radio identity from the rather lewd and perverse concept endeavours of Sexual Harrassment.
