German Rock poet, born January 13, 1953 in Bremen, died on April 11, 2003 in Achim at the age of 50.
In the mid 1960's, at the age of 13, he started his musical career in several Beat bands in Bremen. In 1969, he joined the Psychedelic Rock band Liquid Sound. After their split, he was founding member of their successor Gash. When that band split in early 1972, he joined The Rattles. He stayed with the band until 1976 and left it, to found his own band Wolfsmond in 1977, using his new stage name Lude LaFayette. In 1983, Wolfsmond went on a hiatus and in the following time Peters got married in Hawaii and was member of a latin band 'Cocktail Tropical' and after his return to Germany in the band Emsland Hillbillies. He also works for the musical production 'Linie 1' from 1988 to 1990. After a solo album in 1987 as Lude Lafayette, he reanimates Wolfsmond until the final album appears in 1991. During the 1990's, he forms a couple of other music projects, but he decides to stay in private and not to go on stges anymore.
