Musician from Nijmegen (Netherlands). In 1980 he founded the band Mekanik Kommando which has been renamed to The Use Of Ashes in 1988. From than it started to become the solo band of Peter van Vliet till 1996 when Maarten Scherrenburg joined him. Before 1980 he also was a member of the band Zelek.
