San Franciscan DJ/producer. Along with Craig Morey, Motley was one of the founders of Moby Dick Records'. The label began in 1981 and was based in San Francisco, California. Bill Motley is most notably known as Boys Town Gang producer, he was also the man who was responsible for The Moby Dick Sound. Bill Motley died in 1986 of Aids.
