Taliban (Taking A Look Inside Black American Neighbourhoods) was a street clique from New York City lead by South Bronx entrepreneur Luca Brazi aka Karim Butler. Active in merchandising (CD-R mixtapes, DVDs, clothes) in the early to mid 2000's. Brazi was able to corral young talent he found into his Taliban circle, most notably JR Writer, Hell Rell, Un Kasa & A-Mafia. From there, Brazi was able to promote this talent to his friend Cam'ron of Diplomats & business acquaintance Shiest Bub of Purple City.
