Studio surf rock band formed by engineer Steve Hoffman (guitar and drums) and producer Charles Frosty Horton (guitar and bass). Their song Cecilia Ann was first recorded for the 1989 CD Surf Legends and Rumors and has been covered by The Pixies in 1990.
