Barry Devlin (born 28 November 1946), is from Ardboe in County Tyrone, Northern Ireland. Devlin was the bass player in the 1970s Celtic rock band Horslips. He shared vocal duties and was the bands unofficial front man.

Devlin also has a parallel career as a writer and director for screen and radio, creating the radio detective drama Baldi and writing episodes for TV series, Ballykissangel and The Darling Buds of May.
