Swedish electronic musician, born 29 July 1984.

He mixes drum n bass, IDM, techno, psy-trance and chiptunes into a hybrid of his own.

He is one of the few published Swedish breakcore and Drill 'n' Bass artists. Veqtor has been active in electronic music since 1996. In 2005, Sandström established the record label OXO-Unlimited. In 2006, the album Zero Data Index was released and shortly after, a revision, Zero Data Index V2, was released. Sandström has studied electroacoustic music composition at Gotlands Tonsättarskola and Elektronmusikstudion.

He grew up with jazz music, his father is Nisse Sandström, a well-known jazz musician. When he was twelve he discovered electronic music, in the form of goa trance. He began tracking on an Amiga shortly after that and has been making music ever since. Later work involves use of Reaktor by Native Instruments, gear and incorporating his brother's guitar playing into his music.

He is the son of jazz musician Nisse Sandström.
