American pianist, composer, arranger and record producer; born 12 June 1952 in San Francisco, California; died 26 March 2025 in Portland, Oregon. He played keyboards on The Who’s 10th studio album, “It’s Hard” and featured on their live album “Who’s Last”. He recorded and performed with diverse talents such as sax player Steve Douglas, jazz keyboardist Tom Coster, guitarist Duane Eddy, Celtic fiddler Alasdair Fraser, R&B vocal group The Spinners, psychedelic group Jefferson Airplane, as well as The Rolling Stones, Lazy Racer, Local Boys, Tim Renwick, Sir Elton John, Paul Kantner, KBC Band and Wooden Ships.
