Executive producer, production coordinator and record industry manager, b. 1954 in Des Moines, Iowa. He was a vice president of Warner Classics for almost 15 years and now acts as a VP of Nonesuch.

He started his career as a sales manager at ECM Records at 1981, later worked at New World Records, where Moorhead became an executive producer of CounterCurrents series and eventually took a role of marketing director of the label.
