Mary Bell is a filthy sludge doom band from the Netherlands. Or as Mary Bell describes it: It's the soundtrack for your anxiety and despression, raw heavy sounds like a ton of cement burying you alive.

They started from the ashes of sludge band Sweet Willy Rollbar in March 2004 and have since shared the stage with many (extreme) doom acts such as Adrift, Ataraxie, Funeralium, Monarch, and Tekhton.

The band takes it name from the infamous child killer Mary Bell, who was convicted of murdering 2 boys when she was just 11 years old.
