Mihail Plopschi, better known as Miguel Plopschi (Bucharest, September 25, 1944), is a Romanian music producer, director and saxophonist. Moved to Brazil in 1963, studying engineering at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). Began his musical career as a saxophonist with The Fevers. Plopschi started working as a music producer at Phonogram/Polygram. Joined RCA in 1983, becoming since then one of the biggest names in music production and management in the Brazilian music industry.
