Bambú is Bitches Brew head lass Colleen “Cosmo” Murphy, Ben Mitchell (Sao Benitez / Mr. Hermano), Billie Godfrey (Beverley Knight / Jool Holland Band) and Nicolas Matar (Cielo New York). With Bambú they cover classic soul songs such as the Stevie Wonder penned “The Real Thing” originally recorded by Sergio Mendes and Linda Williams’ “Elevate Your Mind”. All of the musicianship is live and their sound is Latin soul and nu jazz for the dancefloor.
