Darnel Dru Down Robinson found success early on in his career with hit G-funk single Pimp Of The Year in 1994. Although his next album Can You Feel Me also found its way on the hip-hop charts, Dru was never able to capture the same amount of buzz. Dru Down continues to capitalize on his pimp imagery on his later releases, and still can be found featured on many Bay Area hip-hop tracks.
