Formed some time around the turn of the millennium in Chicago with Josephine Foster and Andy Bar, who collaborated and carried on to form The Children’s Hour.

The Children’s Hour were invited on the road to open for Zwan, the supergroup that David Pajo played on guitar. The duo’s music warranted a back beat, so Pajo filled in on drums.
