Rob Rackstraw is a prolific British voice-over artist. He is best known for being the original voice of Scoop, Muck, Travis, Mr. Bentley and Spud on Bob the Builder. Other roles include Sweep in Sooty's Amazing Adventures, Butch and Ramsbottom on Sooty Heights, Angelina Ballerina, The Koala Brothers, the 2015 revival of Teletubbies, The Amazing World of Gumball, The Mr. Men Show. He also voices multiple characters including James, Toby, Donald, Flynn, Owen, Hugo, Monty, Bradford, Big Mickey, The Thin Clergyman and others in Thomas & Friends.
