Art Director at [l11717] from the early 70’s for 3-years. Previously freelance projects for Creed Taylor, before which Bob worked for [l1866]. Bob was responsible for the [l28418] logo/typface, which he drew by hand using a compass and an ink nib.

Bob later worked renowned publications such as Life, The New York Times, Esquire, Travel + Leisure, Encyclopaedia Britannica, The Industry Standard, Forbes ASAP, and Opera News. Bob Creative Director for St Marys College of California from 2007 to 2010. He is also Adjunct Professor of Graphic Design and Illustration at California College of the Arts (CCA) and currently is principal of Ciano Designs.
