British composer, arranger and conductor who mainly was active as arranger for vocalists such as Alma Cogan, Patsy Jones.and Ronnie Carroll.
Foster recorded two orchestral albums dedicated to the music (style) of Bert Kaempfert, namely “Sounds Like Kaempfert” and Music The Kaempfert Way Another of his recordings was released under the title “Twenties music my way”. His work was released through different record companies eg EMI, Philips, Capitol and Columbia Records.

Passed away in December 2008.
