Swedish music producer, bassist, and keyboardist, born April 16, 1960 in Stockholm.

He began a collaboration with Mauro Scocco in 1982 and from 1983 became a member of Ratata, which from then on was a duo consisting of Scocco and Ekelund. As the group Ratata, they played together until 1989, but even then have often collaborated in various ways, including around the record company [l8264] / [l293702]. Ekelund has also been a frequently engaged producer.
