German Gothic Metal band from Recke/Steinbeck, North Rhine-Westphalia. Formed in 1993.

Started out as a death/doom band on their demos, before mixing this with gothic metal/rock on their first EP, then completing the transition to gothic metal/rock on their first album.

Changed their name to Mystigma in 2005, which marked a transition to a gothic rock style which was not predominantly metal.
