Reggae and Ragga-singer, born in Dominica and lived mostly in Los Angeles. Known for his collaboration with Marky Mark as Prince Ital Joe Feat. Marky Mark project which also included Frank Peterson and Alex Christensen as the producers. After their 1994 album, and The Remix Album in 1995, he pursued his solo career (appeared on Tha DoggPound's releases). On 16 May 2001 Joe Paquette died from injuries sustained in a car accident.
