British-American composer, known for his Walt Disney Studios film compositions.

He's best known scores for Disney include Dumbo (1941), Peter Pan (1953), Der Fuehrer's Face (1942), Toot, Whistle, Plunk and Boom (1953), The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad (1949), and Fun and Fancy Free (1947).
Wallace moved to the United States in 1904 and became an official citizen 10 years later.
He charted four times between 1918-1948 in the U.S. Hindustan (co-written by Harold Weeks), charted three times, by Joseph C. Smith's Orchestra (1918, #3), by Henry Burr & Albert Campbell (1919, #6), and finally by Ted Weems and His Orchestra (1948, #23). He also charted with Der Fuehrer's Face by Spike Jones and His City Slickers (1942, #3).
