Adam Sultan moved from his hometown of Los Angeles to Austin, Texas in 1986, beginning his musical career as a guitarist with Poi Dog Pondering. Since then, he formed indie rock band Hollowbody and cabaret act Mistress Stephanie & Her Melodic Cat. He also plays with the Bowie and Queen tribute bands Super Creeps and Magnifico and has been a composer, writer, and performer for a number of Austin-based theater and dance companies.
