A Jamaican mastering engineer who also worked in New York and can be identified by his etchings in the runout grooves on vinyl releases.

During the 1980s, he worked at Dynamic Sounds Recording Co. Ltd. (D.S.R.) in Jamaica and can be identified by his signature Awright etched into the runout grooves.

During the 1990s, he moved to the US and worked in New York at VP Mastering and at Don One Sound Studio where he where he used the AW etching in conjunction with the studios', thus appearing as VP-AW and DON1AW, DONEAW or DONIAW.
