Boris Tikhomirov (born January 18, 1953, Moscow) is a Soviet and Russian composer, pianist, conductor, music producer, sound engineer, musicologist, publisher.
He created the first Russian independent label [l521004] (1990), and since 2005 - “Classic” = «Классик».
In addition he is often mentioned on [l15486] records as Editor or Supervisor.
Pioneer of Soviet computer music. Together with Andrey Rodionov = Андрей Родионов, he created the first compositions using the Yamaha CX5 personal music computer - programming, creating new timbres, mixing and mastering.
