Noel (Born 26 Apr 1926 Nebraska, USA, Died 21 May 1969 (aged 43)) was a broadcaster and music producer. He was with radio stations WSIX, WKDA, WMAK and WLAC. in Nashville Tennessee. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force.
