Norwegian folk musician and record producer. Born 21 January 1941 in Voss. Died 25 December 2006.

Like seemingly most people in the music industry in Norway at the time, he started out working for Arne Bendiksen, before founding the label [l28511] in 1979. After Grappa took over Heilo in the mid-1990s, Kvåle continued to work there.
